Belly fat or bloated belly is a problem experienced by men and women. It is caused by either not eating the right food at the right time, stress or adding weight.
Bloated belly makes the stomach look flabby and does not help bring out the curves in women.

GINGER AND HONEY

Then honey. Honey, a natural substance always has a soothing effect. This health benefactor possesses antiseptic and antibacterial property.
Scrape off the skin of a raw ginger, rinse and grate. Take a tablespoonful and boil it with a cup of water.
Thereafter, let it get warm, add a teaspoon of honey and enjoy. This should be taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
LEMON

Boil lemons sliced into half in water. When it has boiled, take it off the cooker and drink when warm. It is best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Mix a tablespoon full of ACV in a glass-cup of water and add a teaspoon full of turmeric, stir and drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. The mouth sure has a bitter taste after taking this so you can lick honey to reduce the bitter taste after taking the mixture.
