UEFA have confirmed that pop superstar, Dua Lipa will be performing to fans when European superpowers – Real Madrid and Liverpool clash in Kiev, Ukraine for Champions League glory.

The 22 year old British singer who in the last two years has been on the rise, will thrill fans at the NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium on on May 26.
SINGER PROMISES “AN UNFORGETTABLE SHOW”
“I was honoured to be asked by UEFA and Pepsi to perform at the UEFA Champions League final opening ceremony – it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” the multi-platinum-selling artist tells the governing body’s website.
“I can’t wait to get in front of the fans and be part of such an exciting event – I’m planning to put on an unforgettable show!”
While Lipa is not particularly keen on football, she promised in an interview with BT that “there’ll be a whole lot of girl power there.”
Last season’s final in Cardiff, Wales saw Black Eyed Peas perform ahead of Real’s convincing victory over Juventus.

The Champions League final, which will air in over 220 countries around the world, will be an epic showdown between Zinedine Zidane and Jurgen Klopp’s tutored teams, both institutions with extremely hungry fans that are equally as excited to see their team victorious.
In February this year, the musician became the youngest solo artist to clock a billion YouTube hits – a platform she began covering songs by other artists around 2010.
Back in August last year, Lipa was in Nigerian-American rapper, Wale’s video “My Love” with ‘starboy’ Wizkid.
