Piggy bank is (sometimes penny bank or money box) is the traditional name of money container. Normally, it is used by children. The piggy bank is known to collectors as a “still bank” as opposed to the “mechanical banks” popular in the early 20th century.

The mother of one made the claim in a social media post on Thursday.

She writes: “A year and a half ago, I decided to cultivate the habit of saving in piggy banks for fun (one for me, one for King). Last year, we decided to open it up on the Crossover night…I loved what I saw. I saw 3.875 something something million. This year, I did even more saving, so I am super-excited to open it up on Crossover night. I usually use the money for the first month of the year. That way, my bank accounts can rest, and do some new years investment too. That way, I have a good enough amount to start off a new year!! I am addicted to planning!! Plus I thought it was a good way to start a a family tradition for I and my son. I’m cute like that! #between these piggy banks are a lot bigger than they look…

Her followers have been amazed by her revelation with some asking how she was able to achieve that. She explained to them that she saves foreign currency in the piggy banks too – not only naira. She also emphasized the size of the piggy banks, that they look much bigger than they appear in the picture.
