A Twitter user, Doreen Fejokwu, has shared her reason for discontinuing the use of the United Bank for Africa (UBA).
In a tweet, Fejokwu said she was frustrated with the bank’s updated app interface, TOP MEDIA reports.
She explained that the change in the software’s interface and user experience had negatively impacted her, leading her to stop using the app altogether.
Fejokwu, who works as a Product Manager, stated that her friend suggested that her professional background might be contributing to her sensitivity towards user interface changes.
“I didn’t realize how much a software interface & interaction change could affect me. I stopped using UBA after they changed their app interface. Every time I open the app, I get frustrated and upset, so I’ve stopped depositing money into it.
“My friend thinks my reaction might be because I’m a Product Manager,” she tweeted
