The Founder of the Hand stretched Out Love Charity (HSLC) Initiative, Mrs. Clementina Abohi has commended the Lagos State Government and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for “a job well done” to put pregnant women in mind towards achieving better nutritional good health care services.
TOP MEDIA reports that Abohi gave the commendation at the inauguration of a 30-bed Maternal Maternity Centre and a Couples Clinic at the Orile Agege General Hospital (OAGH) last Thursday.
She said in her address that her charity foundation is open to partnerships while noting that this is the third time the HSLC Initiative would collaborate with hospitals.
The foundation donated 100 health packs for maternal and child health care services at the Orile Agege General Hospital.
She explained that HSLC Initiatives usually engage in organising a series of outreach to catch the Mothers earlier from their day one of pregnancy, so as to give birth to a healthy child with the use of healthy nutrition.
Furthermore, Abohi stated that the NGO has chosen to support the maternal healthcare system of others and also to address the needs of the vulnerable who do not have the means to eat healthily and live a healthy life, which would enable them to have no challenges of deficiency in their nutritional values.
