Students of MIMS Comprehensive College (MCC), Lagos, have yet again triumphed at top-class academic competitions.
TOP MEDIA reports that the students demonstrated their excellence in Islamic and Western education.
Representatives of MIMS College, AbdulWahab AbdulFattah and Jimoh Zainab, emerged overall winners of the League of Muslim Schools Proprietors (LEAMSP) Quiz Competition which was held in late March 2024 in Lagos.
With this feat, MCC remains the defending champion of the competition since its inception.
While presenting the plaque and certificate to the champion, the Lagos state representative of the association, Mr AbdulJaleel Ogunmuyiwa, congratulated the students for their brilliant performance and applauded the sustained resilience of the MIMS‘ management.
MIMS scoops another honour
Meanwhile, in the same vein, MIMS Nursery and Primary School, Shomolu, took the runner-up position at LEAMPS Kahoot Quiz. The school came out on top among the 22 competing learning institutes.
MIMS Nursery and Primary School Shomolu was represented by Shoyiga Rodiat and Akande Maryam.
The climax of the competition was marvellous as MIMS Nursery and Primary School emerged second.
MIMS Board Chairman elated
Reacting to the achievements, Prince Adesegun Ogungbayi, the Board Chairman of MIMS Group of Schools felicitated the students.
The foremost educator promised them continuous mentorship until they become world-class scholars who would make their mark globally.
