Adamu Garba, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, is a disguised patron of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and ‘Eastern Security Network (ESN) terrorist political frontier’.
TOP MEDIA reports that Garba described Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, as “ethnocentric”.
“It is several billionth times better to have a Tinubu as President of Nigeria, no matter who he is, than to have a con artist, fake but disguised IPOB patron and ESN terrorist political frontier, Peter Obi as President.
“Nigeria can never be ruled by an ethnocentric Peter Obi,” Garba wrote on his known Twitter handle on Sunday evening.
Meanwhile, Obi has said that contrary to what critics say, the ‘Obidient’ movement “is not about my tribe or my religion, and it is not an Igbo agenda”.
In a Twitter post late on Sunday night, the former Anambra State governor said he has no intention of Christianising Nigeria.
