2023: Tinubu To Show Animosity Towards Buhari If He Becomes President – Fasan

Columnist Olu Fasan on Thursday said if the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the 2023 presidential election, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, becomes president, he will display obvious hostility towards incumbent Nigerian leader, Muhammadu Buhari.

TOP MEDIA reports that writing in his weekly column, Fasan also said Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State, will ‘pay back’ those who attempted to block his presidential aspiration during the June 2022 APC primary election in Abuja.

“Truth is, if Tinubu became president, he would, sooner or later, show undisguised animosity towards Buhari and his acolytes, such as the APC national chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, who he regards as “betrayers” for trying to impose Ahmad Lawan, the Senate president, as a consensus candidate in an attempt to stop him from getting the APC’s presidential ticket,” Fasan wrote.
